Ignorar verificação de SSL no Android

O código abaixo gera um objeto do tipo HttpClient que irá ignorar as verificações de certificado digital.

Basta obter o objeto com a chamada do método getHttpClient. 
Exemplo: EscapeSSLSocketFactory.getHttpClient();
